Shipping rates vary from product to product and seller to seller depending on the location and logistical cost incurring in the shipping of the product. A seller might be incurring higher logistical costs on a product, then nominal shipping charges are levied on the customer.
We also provide free Shipping options for certain products such as digital items, which can be delivered via email, and Products on which the seller is incurring all the shipping charges.
Order Processing time
Orders placed on weekends or Public Holidays are dispatched on the next working day. The Processing and dispatching time can vary due to extraordinary circumstances. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays which can alter the delivery dates.
Please make sure that the address given at the time of checkout is correct. No changes in address will be entertained once the order is shipped.
Tracking of the Order
Once the order is ready to be shipped we will send you a confirmation message via SMS or Email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. The Email/ SMS will contain the shipment details, your tracking ID, and a link to the shipment partner's website. To track your shipment you can click on the link provided in the Email/SMS and enter your tracking ID you can view the real-time information of your order.
For your convivence, an expected delivery time is given at the time of purchase. Please note that the time mentioned is the expected time, not the confirmed time.
Title to Product
Purchase of Products through ESPORTS4G.COM/ESPORTS4G.CO.IN are subjected to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title of the product is transferred to you, from the point where the courier partners hands over the product on the shipping address mentioned at the time of purchase. ESPORTS4G.COM/ESPORTS4G.CO.IN will not be liable for any damage or theft caused after the delivery.
Refund and Returns
We initiate refunds up to 7 days from the date of delivery, if the item you ordered is damaged, faulty. You can apply for a refund and ship back the product to the address we will provide at the time of initiating the refund.
If in any case the order received is damaged, please send an email at email@example.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photograph/Evidence of the damaged item, we initiate a refund/ Replacement on case-to-case basis, but we will try our best for satisfactory solution for your problem.
Note that the refund can take time to initiate, it totally depends on the mode of payment you chose at the time of purchase. A bank transaction can take 2-5 business days.
If you ordered a product and the product doesn’t match with the listed description during the purchase and want to return the product you can apply for a return under the condition that the product is unused and not damaged with the original packaging of the product. We will initiate a refund of the full amount deducting the shipping charges incurred as soon as the product is delivered at the given address.
